Order Through Our App
All customer orders are placed through our app, making it easy to browse products, view pricing, place orders, and manage your account from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.If you're new to the system, don't worry. Our team will happily visit your premises to help get everything set up and show you exactly how it works.
We'll ensure you're comfortable using the platform and answer any questions you may have.
Account Setup & Credit Terms
When you become a Fresh Supply Co customer, we will set up your account and agree your credit terms before you begin ordering. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure everything is ready for seamless ordering from day one. Next-Day Delivery to receive your order the following morning, simply place your order before midnight (12:00am). Orders received before the midnight cut-off will be picked, packed, and delivered on our next scheduled delivery run, ensuring your business receives fresh products exactly when needed.
Specialist & Pre-Order Items
While the majority of our products are available for next-day delivery, some specialist, seasonal, imported, or bespoke items may require additional notice.
